Hotel is well situated along the main road. However its next to a construction site, and there was also repair work going on in hotel itself. Restaurant was closed off. Although there was hardly anyone staying at the hotel when I arrived, being off peak day, and rooms were available, the hotel still wouldn't allow even an hour earlier check in. Still had to wait till 3pm. No flexibility.

Overall was okay. Stay with big group of family with small childrens. Always be 1st choice when stay at PD.

Stayed at Pacific Regency Beach Resort, Port Dickson recently. The location is great with direct access to the beach, and the swimming pool is huge which is perfect for families and kids to enjoy. However, I was quite disappointed with the room cleanliness. I noticed insects and some spots/stains on the bedsheet and mattress, which was quite unpleasant. Cleanliness is very important for a comfortable stay, so I hope the management can improve their housekeeping standards. Overall, the facilities and location are good, but the cleanliness definitely needs attention.

Overall the hotel facilities and services are good. Cleanliness need to improve especially at common area corrridors and bathroom. Location is very good and the beach site is considered quite clean compared with other sites. The swimming pool is long & clean less chlorine. Will book again for next trip.

Staff never bother to check whether room is ready or not, just said check in must be from 3pm onwards. Once 3pm, long queue since is school holiday. Smelly room because didn't change bed linens at all after previous guess left, so disgusting 😡😡😡, need to call to change it. Very basic amenities in the room, old hotel. Will never come back again!!!

The location is very strategic. There's a restaurant right in front of the hotel, so it's convenient; no need to drive out. Facilities - The kids loved the snooker and arcade. The pool is long. However, the beach wasn't nice this time, and there was construction going on in the beach area. But the sunset was beautiful. Room 257 Room - The pillowcases smelled musty, like they hadn't been changed. The comforter was dirty and hadn't been changed. All the cushions smelled foul and musty, like vomit. I asked housekeeping to change the covers, but they said they didn't have any and told me not to use them and just put them on the wardrobe. There were two biscuits left under the chair on the floor. Bathroom - Terrible. It was dirty and grimy, as if it hadn't been scrubbed at all. It was disgusting. Please ask your housekeeping supervisor or manager to check their staff's work. Thank you.

Nice stay at Pacific Regency Port Dickson. Comfortable rooms, relaxing sea view, and a peaceful atmosphere. Good place for a short getaway with family or friends. Overall a pleasant experience. ⭐

The hotel views are beautiful. It's clean and comfortable too.

Friendly and polite front desk staff. Quiet ambience for relaxing vacation. The room could be improved as there are quite some insects and ants on the desk and even the bed. Looking forward once the hotel renovation is done next year.

I spot few stain during my arrival I call frontdesk to make change. they quickly arrange housekeeper to change.. service A+ ..ventilation smelly like having sweating not comfortable. overall okey..the facility and environment I enjoy my staying pernight.. I will repeat my stay for sure 😃

Something bit me from the bed, and the phone and kettle were not clean. However, the service staff responded immediately and changed everything with new ones.
