This is a perfect place to stay. Great location, near restaurants, marine & shopping. The apartment is lovely, large and comfortable. The bed is not too firm, not too soft and a good selection of pillows. Private balcony, washing machine (so handy), microwave & hot plates. Only down side is the shower in the spa bath - would not like to have agility problems.

The apartments were in a very convenient location in Port Douglas and they have the basics you need. My issue with this particular accommodation was that we didn't see any staff as Reception is only open 9 to 5 or 3 at weekends. This meant I had to struggle with my bags up 2 flights of stairs. There was a huge step over a bath to the shower too. I have a bad back so this didn't suit me. The door to the bathroom was a folding door that closed with one magnet which proved tricky to close. If you do not have mobility issues these things are unlikely to be an issue for you.

Our 1 bedroom unit 38A on top level 3 fell short of the 4 star rating. Major issue 1 was no curtains, so the units opposite had a great view in. Major issue 2 was the aluminium shutters on the balcony (for jacuzzi privacy) were broken in places and almost impossible to operate.Other issues were the struggling air conditioner and kitchenette power points being over the sink.

Close to everything in main Rd .Didn’t like the spa bath in room and the way the water went everywhere when you showered. Also the tiny little area to do tea and coffee in.Otherwise the property was good and staff friendly .

Stayed here from the 8th of January to the 12th of January, Loved our stay here room was very clean, beds were so comfortable, close to shops and four mile beach. The pool was amazing had to cut our stay short two days due to roads flooding and not wanting to risk getting stuck and missing flights home. Will definitely be back.

We asked for the corner apartment on the second floor, and that's what we got. And it was perfect. Large, full of light. The balcony offered views of the main street as well as the greenery around the hotel. Do not be afraid of being in the middle of town - Port Douglas is small and very quiet. The location means you have the beach, shops, restaurants and the marina all within short walking distance (5-10 minutes). No lifts was no problem for us, but it may pose a problem for people with walking difficultis or when you have heavy luggage. The swimming pool may not be of the olympic size, but it's clean and large enough for a short swim or just chilling out after a hot day. There is a BBQ by the pool, and they're very clean and free to use. They provide all the condiments, utensils, and even cooking oil. There's even a fridge there to keep your beers cold.

We loved every moment of our stay. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The accommodation lived up to all expectations. We highly recommend the hotel . Also enjoyed that Port Douglas is a very walkable town with excellent dining options.
