Koko restaurant dining was expensive, tasteless and servings were tiny. Pool was amazing, rooms and premises smelt moldy.
Lift was broken so it meant lots of stairs which was difficult with baby pram and luggage.
Definitely a relaxing place to stay, just let down by the restaurant mostly.

Beautiful property and grounds. Our ground floor delux one bed suite was so spacious, with a little gate leading direct to the gardens. The pool area is a total wow and a lot bigger than I thought it looked on photos. The water gets plenty deep enough to swim. Free parking underneath the building. There was a cafe round the corner near the beach which I used for breakfast. Would definitely stay here if visiting again.

Dual key suite was perfect and better than the website photos. Room was tidy and clean and good decor. Staff are friendly and helpful. Coffee machine leaked and room staff placed bath mat under which I thought would be removed and machine replaced. Water had soaked through the tea and coffee selections and sugar. Was not replaced until I left a note regarding the matter. Room tidy was different each time. Sometimes excelllent sometimes very basic. Replacement of coffee etc was sporadic and varied ! Rooms do not have a room service menu or any details on how anything works. No paper or pen at desk area- wrote my note on a tissue. From bathroom. Also phone did not work after a while for some reason so I had to phone the resort to order room service - this was never mentioned again or rectified. Only small things - but still. The resort is lovely I have stayed before and would again as location is perfect and the pool area is great with the artificial beach look. Good for kids.

The resort was tired and not well maintained. The Spa *Suite* room was tiny with barely room to move around the bed. The spa was open to the pool area with no way to close off direct view into the private spa. AT breakfast the water urn was not working so the only way to get a cup of tea was to pay $5 per cup for hot water from the coffee machine operator. The entire place appeared to be staffed and run by young backpackers who were generally delightful but neither trained or empowered to make any decisions. I will not return to this resort. If I am generous this is 3.5 star accommodation. I am well travelled and I am generally delighted with the accommodation and service I receive.

Peppers beach club was perfect for us. We had a two bedroom apartment overlooking the awesome lagoon pool and it gave us the best of both worlds. We could laze by the pool and order drinks and food from the bar or, if we wanted to scale back we could cook our own food in our own kitchen in our room. The staff were great the pool is excellent and the location can’t be beat. 3 minutes walk to the Main Street. 10 minutes walk to the marina where the boats to the reef leave from and just around the corner from 4 mile Beach (not that you’d want to swim anywhere other than the pool).

One of the best pools in Port Douglas. Facilities great Cafe great. Staff great. They need to remember to re fill bottles of hand wash etc. in bathroom though .

We celebrated my husbands 60th in Port Douglas with 100 friends. The pool at Peppers was a central feature of the weekend. Peppers location was great for all our activities and our penthouse was amazing for socializing in with the private pool, and BBQ.
