The pool and resort area is beautiful we hired a cabana and spent a day by the pool drinking cocktails. We had a 3 bedroom villa and although it was beautifully styled it was clearly a bit run down and dirty especially the bathrooms. For the price I had expected more of the accommodation.

Ordinary is the best description of the pathetic service. Spa closed on Sunday the only day we’re in the hotel - Restaurants closed, no room services after 10pm, drinks by the pool took half an hour, no adult only pool Saturday swarmed with kids 😢. Massive understaffed- this is not 5 or even 4 star. The entire hotel is run down once you get past the facade of reception 😡🥺
