The room was disappointing for the price. No bar fridge, with the smallest TV ever. The location and view were good but we were on the second floor and it was quite noisy at times. The breakfast was good.

On arrival I was allocated a wrong room and I had to go down to the reception for exchange.
The telephone in the room was not working but keep on making noise.
The TV was not working and I had to use my cell phone to call the reception for assistance.
The assistance came an hour later after making another call.
He tried unsuccessfully to fix it.

They were very profeasional amd are lways ready to do what ever you need. I had a very pleasant experience. They even give you call to wake you up of you are scared you will oversleep.

No fridge in the room and apparently none of the rooms in this establishment do! There clearly used to be a fridge in the room as there is a custom made space for one! The phone didn’t work. None of the electrical sockets between the beds worked . The safe didn’t work and had to be replaced. Once the maintenance guy rewired the bedside sockets all seemed ok until we realised later that none of the main lights worked in our room including the bathroom.

I have no complaints about the hotel. While not exceptional, it was pleasant. The location was excellent. There were numerous restaurants within a short walking distance. The beach walkway was very close by. If you feel like eating at McDonald’s, it’s very close by. Our room was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good.

The food o garden court the games and the sea the place was nice when I woke outside the breeze the view of garden court was the rooms was clean and the entrance was perfect I like the front of beach

Austin and team were great. Our room was ready by the time we checked in. Room was clean and beautifully decorated and was sea facing. Breakfast was okay , but filling, not plenty to choose from. Overall stay was superb with friendly staff who always greeted and were always willing to help.

An aging hotel but an excellent staff.Raynor from breakfast is a SUPERSTAR.PRepared vegetables daily in a true Michelin style.Thank you young man.may the world be your Oyster .The reception staff was so courteous.The TV was a problem but quickly sorted out.will surely return
