Beautiful cottages, tranquil despite proximity to main road, easy fuss-free communication with the owners. We had a lovely stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Booked the cottage over a year ago based on the great reviews. It was the best place we stayed in on the Ocean Road trip. Only 1 night unfortunately, but great email communication from Steve and Anna prior to arrival, easy access and a lovely location. It’s about a 20 min walk into the town centre. The cottage was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Would definitely recommend

We booked this very last minute and it was such a good decision! Would recommend to anyone and stay again! We had a very good time. The place is cozy, warm, an amazing bath and great view of alpacas. The local area was great to explore. I highly recommend!

Very comfortable and cosy. Great bathroom spa, bed, and bedding. Only stayed the one night but could’ve easily spent much longer. Wifi worked great for streaming too and communication with our hosts was faultless. Would happily stay again.

Loved our stay in cottage no 4 which was beautifully presented and had everything you’d need if you wanted to self cater for a few days.
On the day we were scheduled to arrive we got a detailed text from Steve with directions and instructions as to where to park etc. which was very helpful.
Lovely grounds overlooking a small paddock with two friendly highland cattle.

A really lovely little space out of town but close enough to take advantage of the lovely restaurants and cafes in Port Fairy. The cottage was immaculate and is really well set up for much longer than we were able to stay this time round. would love to return for longer.

We stayed in Cottage 3 for 6 nights. This is a seriously lovely venue in a glorious location. We relaxed on the outdoor deck each afternoon enjoying the scenery and the greenery! The property is getting on a bit in years but nothing major of concern at the moment. A microwave and electric fry pan are the main forms of cooking which suited us well. We didn't spot the hens but we did wander into the fields to see the alpacas. Owners Steve and Anna have a winner here but -it is a little way from the main streets but worth it for the field location. Arrival was well organised via SMS and key access code .
