Such a beautiful pub in Pt. Lincoln! Once again, we stopped in for lunch, an easy pick! Always friendly staff, a beautiful lunch sitting outside enjoying a spectacular view of the bay with a glass of wine in hand. Everyone should experience this at least once in their lifetime!

We had lunch today at the Hotel Boston. Everything was amazing from the service to the food. We had the Hunted Platter. There was so much to enjoy and everything was cooked to perfection. My photo doesn’t show the rest of our meal as there was honey chicken and fries also. The staff were very friendly and checked to make sure we were enjoying our meal. We will definitely be back again.

Little things but spoilt a top review. Tuna ordered but not available. Dish re- ordered was great but $4 less with no refund. Wondered what would have happened if the other way. Poor waiter spilt tartare sauce over my wife’s back. Apologised and assisted to clean off her top which will need to be cleaned. A smart operator would have offered a complimentary drink. Just saying😀

A short walk from m the cruise ship pier. First class view of the bay. Had a nice craft market in the beer garden (we were there on a Friday) . Decent selection of beers. Ordered some snacks and the Thai fish cakes a cracker and crab arancini very nice but maybe a bit more flavour. Good vibe and very helpful staff

A very disappointing visit. We ordered the 'hooked' banquet to share. My wife is a coeliac and talked to the staff when ordering who went back to the chef and explained that they would grill the fish, pan fry the squid and provide sweet potato fries instead of normal chips. All really impressive. 45 minutes later, the food was delivered with bread, battered fish and crumbed squid. Pointed this out to the wait staff who were very apologetic and promised to get out another serve. 15 minutes later, it came out still with a crumbed squid on the plate. They must've removed the 'old food' and replaced with grilled and fried food but not removed it all. My wife took it back, asked for our money back and we left. The food looked amozing and the hotel itself was OK. This experience though is a sad reflection on them. They new she was a coeliac and yet didn't fix the problem. Once is a mistake that they were going to fix. Twice was unacceptable.

Dinner at " Hooked and Hunted ", The Boston Hotel. Room was neat and spacious and the wait staff lovely but the piped music was raucous and loud and there were numerous massive televisions around the place all tuned to different channels. Food was nothing special ( my beef brisket was over -cooked and dry ) and I wished I had ordered the rack of lamb. Vegetarian options were limited or not available even though it was an early sitting . Expensive night out

We decided to drop in before booking to have a look around as it was a Saturday night and we were concerned about crowds and CoVid. We booked a table and when we reuturned were delighted to be seated at a very private area in the extensive beer garden. The area is delightful with great views and really good vibes Over a beer and a wine chosen from good selection of wines by the glass choose our meals. The fish of the day was whiting and it was excellent. The other main was a large pot of mussels and Spencer gulf prawns in a really good broth. Both dishes were excellent. All staff dealt with were friendly, efficient and helpful, especially the manager who allocated us such an excellent table

Top notch We stopped for lunch and were very pleased. The views were amazing, lots of seating options, nice decked areas and seating on lovely green lawn, the ambiance of the outdoor dining area was fabulous. Ordered the tuna dish which was delicious-cooked perfectly and large serving. My partner had the lamb rack - again cooked well and served with roast pumpkin and a pea purée on bed of mashed potatoe. We didn’t add a photo of the food as we were too busy eating it. Great place for long long lunch overlooking the water
