The price is very cheap, so the requirements are not high. It has everything you need, especially the bed, which is surprisingly easy to sleep on. There is no smell. It is a very homely bed cover. Only the water in the bathroom is relatively small but there is plenty of hot water.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable and the views are to die for Gary the owner is a great bloke nothing is out of the question.

Wow! What spectacular views! We enjoyed a peaceful night away in this beautiful, clean and comfortable room! Large spa bath overlooking the bay definitely a highlight. Staff were very friendly and prompt which made for an ease check in/out. Highly recommend!

We stayed in a studio & it was fantastic- amazing views over the water, spotlessly clean, well appointed & huge spa bath. Limani is 20 minute walk to shops - pretty flat & we can recommend DelGiornos (Italian) and Peacock Gardens (Chinese). The biggest downside is that Limani is between the water & a major highway (as are all waterfront accommodations in Port Lincoln) & there is constant traffic noise including heavy trucks. It didn’t stop us from sleeping & it does decrease between around 2000 and 0600 but it is always there during the day / evening.

It’s a fairly new & modern motel, located on the fringe of the downtown area. The room is spacious and clean, with comfortable beddings, USB charging port, microwave oven & wash sink, facing north with great ocean view through the front window. It’s a little 10 mins walk to the local shops & restaurants, we are very happy with our stay in there.
However, the day before checking in, I received a text message “what time you will check in? The reception is closed by 5.00pm”. It sounds like pressing us to check in before 5.00pm. We rushed all the way from Ceduna to Port Lincoln on the day, dropped off a few sightseeing spots, etc. trying to make this 5.00pm deadline, then I received a phone call around 4.00pm on the day, asking for security deposit credit card number, meanwhile, advising me that we can check in after 5.00pm as long as security deposit is taken. We wish we had known this earlier, so that we hadn’t had to miss so many things along the way.

Very comfortable with all facilities provided. Staff were very helpful. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms facilities were provided. All in all a spacious and comfortable room. I would certainly stay here again when coming back to Port Lincoln
