Overall good experience, except that the main elevator was out of service.
Rooms could do with an uplift as they are looking tired.
Breakfast was very good, although the croissants were not very fresh.

Had a very good service with the lovely staff and recommendations of meals. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was well prepared and everyone enjoyed each meal. We were full and left with a smile. We went on a Sunday night and the service level was to ourselves. We would recommend the mint digestive and the beef cheek with the red snapper was flawless. Very good location with spacious rooms and facilities. Vegetarian options for dinner were specially prepared and served. Enjoyed our stay with great service by the restaurant manager Kunal, his colleague Anoop and the entire staff Will come again soon

Amazing service by Vissen and Kunal...also big thanks to the porter that assisted us with our luggage on departure at 5am on 16 May...sorry did not note his name. It's staff like this that makes one's stay most comfortable and memorable. Hotel located in fantastic area..beautiful views. Rooms big and cozy. Amazing food and delicious cocktails. We are currently here for my sister's birthday and we are receiving a good deal of hospitality. Great room service till late night, & amazing F&B service by Mr Sanjeev, Mr Anoop & Christine. A sweet breakfast surprise by Mr Anoop team. Loved the service & professionalism as always with the ninety six team.

I went to their coffee lounge to grab a coffee with friend, we felt so welcome by the staff especially Titanand, Vissen and Tiffany ! The couches are so comfy and the view on the port at night is lovely ! Perfect spot to chill with loved ones after a long day !

What a wonderful setting and good vibes we got here in this restaurant and hotel. We came back a second time. Very friendly staff and marvellous food. We got served by Arvind, who gave us a very nice eating experience. We will certainly come back.
