Nice location and mediocre buffet breakfast. Nutella/Chocolate was missing from the breakfast, other than that it was ok.

Service and concierge was great and very helpful thank you but very poor cleanliness. On toilet seat there are grey stains in room 302 as well as the cups were not washed. There were dried coffee in one of the cups and another wine glass had left over wine smell...

The door wouldn't open after 9pm. I called for a long time before they opened the door. As soon as I entered the door and opened the closet, the clothes and underwear of the previous tenant were still in the closet. It was really a bit outrageous. There was also a musty smell! The hygiene was really bad! The experience was very bad...

The hotel is clean, but the water in the bathroom faucet is really small. This hotel needs to be improved. It is not far from shopping malls and supermarkets.

The first negative review of a hotel in my life was given to this Mercure. My husband and I arrived at the door of the hotel at 11:30 pm. The door was locked and no one was at the front desk. Even when we called the customer service, they didn’t come. They only asked us to report on the phone. I gave them my credit card information for the deposit because I was worried about whether the credit card information could be used for personal check-in. The customer service said no, and said that you can think about it and call back to report your card number if you want to stay. Ctrip helped us communicate many times in the follow-up. The hotel was very tough and refused to cancel the room and did not give other deposit options. I was speechless.

The location of the hotel is very good, across a shopping mall is the beautiful seaside. The room I was given was facing the street, so I couldn't sleep at night. The facilities are a bit old, and the decoration has a history of more than ten years, and the area is not particularly large. It's great to have a balcony, although there is an outdoor air conditioner on the balcony.

Our room was upgraded without me even asking And able to park two cars secure for the price of one extremely friendly helpful staff. A great stay 🙏

Love staying here for a stopover in Port Macquarie. Great service from all the staff here. Very convenient location and reasonably priced. The hotel is starting to age but very well looked after. Would stay here again!

Booked room for 3 adults 1 child . Cups etc only for 2 . No basic plates bowels or microwave for heating baby’s food . Linen sheets and towels very thin . Had to ask for new towels that were on the floor even though room had new tiny milk delivered . Tissue box empty bin full but not emptied . Room booked said city view n partial ocean view … none of the above . Room above reception doors . Very noisey . Sorry won’t recommend or be back . So many more motels

Had a lovely meal in the restaurant - staff really friendly and attentive! Nice quiet comfortable sleep. Left a toiletry bag in basement parking and staff arranged to deliver it to me. A good experience all in all.

Great hotel. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Good location. Grocery store around corner. Adequate street parking when we were there. Parking in garage for fee, $10 I think. Would stay here again

Almost everything was dirty in the room. I even have pics to prove it.

It is close to the main town centre. They have a sweet hotel pup Bella which is cool
