The hotel is good, but there is a musty smell in the room, which may be related to the local climate. The front desk is very welcoming, and the security, lobby and cleaning staff are very dedicated.

The room was not a 4-star room. I would rate it as a 2. So old. Smells and looks old. Everything made of metal is covered in rust, lamp shades are all broken. Many surfaces including the bathroom mirror were dirty. Disappointing that the rooftop restaurant was closed the whole time.

Stayed during the weekend and well recommended. The place nice and good food, above all during the brunch. The restaurant 360 has amazing views of Port of Spain, staff very polite and friendly (kitchen and waitress). Swimming pool are could have some evening entertainment though.

Being my second time visiting the Radisson always a great experience, welcoming staff such as Teneka with great customer service and her charming smile always willing to assist. Also special thanks to the housekeeping department as well.
