The hotel is good, but there is a musty smell in the room, which may be related to the local climate. The front desk is very welcoming, and the security, lobby and cleaning staff are very dedicated.

The room was not a 4-star room. I would rate it as a 2. So old. Smells and looks old. Everything made of metal is covered in rust, lamp shades are all broken. Many surfaces including the bathroom mirror were dirty. Disappointing that the rooftop restaurant was closed the whole time.

I rate my experience as one.Due to an ignorant,delfish,numskull and disrespectful server.She Luck I did not sue her dumb tale.Butting into my personal convos,She need to learn to talk to other proper.My Business partners were upset.Then demanding to be tipped.She's very rude to not only guests but to co workers as well.I am an Executive board member of Design Hotel chain.I will also send an e-mail to Mr.Ashram Ramnarine on the matter.I don't want to go into more details.Name of server is one bearing the name of Darcel.She needs to be retrained.Hospitality is not for her.

You can tell from the lobby that this is not a classic Radisson - more of a dark room with some kind of boutiques and the reception is not labeled.
I wanted to order food to my room, but couldn't find a menu.
Very negative: I found a lot of strange hair on my pillow, which was disgusting and a sign that the bed linen hadn't been changed before me.

The front office staff in the night was very helpful There name is Nicholas and Kimberley I wanted to get some food in the night and they got the server for the back for me and insure they she was also very nice and helpful . The food was limited but it’s was ok for the late hour
