My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at Hyatt. The service, amenities, and view were amazing. Despite it being a holiday weekend, the check-in and check-out services was quick as well as room service.

My parents had a lovely stay here. The staff offered complimentary drinks for my mum as it was her birthday. The hotel was gorgeous and the service was great

The location is perfect, after or befor sunset and sunrise, we could see excellent landscpe.
If you have an energy, you can go to the center by foot and could look the local's life.
Specially, the pool is excellent.

The process for booking online is simple and relative straightforward. The confirmation via email is consistent to what I booked. However the checkin process follows a totally different path and contradicts the information online. So you book in advance thinking your room is secure and on arrival the front desk tells you its a first come first serve bases at which point in time you do not know if you are getting a room or not. Then they stick you into any available room. In my opinion they push those people they think they can push around to reserve space and services for others.

Overall very much what was expected being a 5* hotel. In my opinion the food need to be reviewed , the taste was not the best. However my stay was short but enjoyable.
