The breakfast consisted of bagels and bread. That was it, the normal breakfast Mainstay was not out. The food ran out and no one was working to replace it.

This property is away from town center and understaffed. It served its purpose as a pass through town night stay.

Room has a bad smell…we thought turning on AC and spraying some room spray would help but the bad smell kept returning…smelled something like urine.

We traveled the country from California to florida staying at hotels like this close to the road, this was the most expensive and worst. You couldn’t walk barefoot in the room how dirty, it smelled and the breakfast was a joke just bread, yogurt and oa**eal

Not a great place to stay. I had reserved three rooms of a certain type, but they only had two. They gave me a pet friendly room on the first floor that had windows that did not lock. When I said, I wanted the room I had reserved they said I had to pay extra for it. I refused, and said that is not acceptable and I want the room that I had reserved for the price I had reserved at for. The woman at the front desk called a manager, and they gave in. On another note, the breakfast is a joke, with some of the worst selections for food I’ve seen in a hotel that offers free breakfast.
