Worst customer service experience of any hotel I have ever stayed at. While the young man at the desk, Kevin, was nice enough, he was not able to help with any concerns and had no way of contacting the manager that was supposed to be on-duty. Upon arriving at the hotel, we learned that the hotel did not have an open pool, despite the hotel's website saying there is a pool. The booking site I used also said there is a pool. I was told that I could go to a Days Inn in the next town that has a pool, but I would have to cancel my reservation and make a new one and I would be charged for the first night. I spent over an hour on the phone with the customer service line for Wyndham. Ahamed, the account supervisor in customer care for Wyndham was not able to provide any resolution as he only inform of process. The process is to submit a complaint and receive an email response within one week.
