Checking in and our room in general could be described as fine. That is the last time I can use the word fine. The sink and tub in our room would not drain and going to the front desk 3 times to find a resolution proved futile. There was never a resolution and the promise of giving us additional points was never delivered on. There was also the issue that the times, posted, for the restaurant were inaccurate and we, along with multiple other guests were forced to go off site to find food. The final insult with this is the manager was willing to argue about the times and was not inclined to change their stance even after being shown the posted times. This hotel is fine but very poorly managed.

My stay was ok i guess. When i got to my room the TV didn't work, star deducted. The front desk lady was helpful and switched us rooms, star back. Then the next day 2 times our cards stopped working, both of them! Minus 2 stars. Why i ended up with 3 stars. Staff was great tho

Found a bed bug on the headboard in room 218 at 9:30 pm. I called the front desk, and she mentioned that she could provide another room or a refund so I could stay at another hotel. I chose the refund and to leave and stay at another hotel. It has now been 7 days since my credit card company has been trying to receive confirmation for the refund from the General Manager, Whitney Wood. Whitney is not responding to me or returning the credit card company's calls and emails to provide the refund. I am a frequent traveler for work and have never had such a poor experience with a Marriott hotel. I highly recommend never booking at this hotel, and I am currently avoiding Marriott hotels.

The location was close to where I wanted to be.
I didn't like that the hot tub didn't pump, and the emergency shut off was broke. I also didn't like that the bathroom water was dark brown. They told me it was because of construction. They claimed the condition was safe, and couldn't do compensation because it was booked by *******.

While the immediate surroundings were greatly inviting looking clean and gathered I do have to say my stay was a little troublesome. The room was clean and neat. The issue was the bathroom(unsafe). For starters the heavy shower glass door was loose from the hinge barely hanging on, one wrong pull of the door and a great risk of bodily harm as it will shattter. The toilet base was completely cracked through and it seemed like someone just silicone glued the piece back together. That was a nigh**are to even think about. Last was the rust surrounding the bottom of the bathroom entry door frame. Extremely dissapointing. The staff attempted to make things right but ultimately told me to contact ******* as they were the ones I booked the room through.
It shouldn't matter who I booked the room through, I'm physically in the hotel building, the staff should correct any issues right there and then, it is their property.

Our room was flooded from the room next to us while we were getting ready for a funeral. The water was turned off and we had to vacate. They did comp the room though.
