Very convenient lots of things in the area. The heated pool was definitely not heated though and we couldn’t even enjoy it

Everything was fine except the front elevator wasn't working. The mattress was a little to soft for me but not a deal breaker.

Property was beautiful and the room was really nice but I think it needs to be stopped a little better I mean three glasses, two butter, knives one of them dirty two forks you know just not very good and then housekeeping oh hell with housekeeping we had to go down to the pool to get some towels because housekeeping they told me only comes every four days That was a bit well, I should say quite inconvenient. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was really not very good. The options were very little and I have never in my life had cubed sweet potatoes with eggs and sausage so there wasn’t much of a variety. I actually took my family out to breakfast the second day we stayed there , but overall it was clean. The pool was very nice just a pretty place but for a Hilton there’s a lot of repairs that need to be done.

Horrible hotel. Avoid at all costs. Black mold in the living area. There was a “ kids party” in the room next to us. They were running up and down the halls, screaming, slamming doors all hours of the day and night. We complained several times but the staff was unwilling to help us. They told us to call the police. We ended up leaving that night to get a room elsewhere. Ridiculous!

We checked in at 11:30pm. We were driving all day, as long as we could, finally had to stop. Luckily they had availability and they were very friendly. The room was beautiful, sad we only had to stay one night. It was very open and had a workspace separating the sleep area and the community space. The breakfast was delicious! They have a ton of food to select from, including a lot of hot items.
