Absolutely amazing hotel! Kind staff and very effective facilities. The gym was small but had everything you need and more, the pool and jacuzzi were super nice, the breakfast was great, and the rooms are very clean and nice :)

Very clean! This is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever visited! The atmosphere was so nice, and the front desk receptionist named Linda, was amazing! When we first walked into the lobby, it smelled like fresh baked cookies! and sure enough, Linda had just put out a fresh batch of hot, gooey, chocolate chip cookies that melted in my mouth! The staff was constantly cleaning the floors, the entry doors, mirrors, and anything else they could wipe down, It was pretty impressive. They actually closed the indoor pool for 2 hours to do a thorough cleaning. Speaking of the pool, my grandchildren really enjoyed the kiddie pool with the giant frog slide. We stayed there for almost 7 days, and it was a little expensive for our budget, but we’ll definitely stay there again when we’re in that area for a shorter time period.

My new ANGEL Linda!! Thanks to her, our trip turned from a disaster to all Good! She helped us out when the place next door had cancelled our stay. I can't say enough great things about her and this company. Will not hesitate to stay here again.

Seen the sign on the highway, needed a place to crash for the night. We pulled in pretty late and the night staff was very welcoming and helpful! Got us in our room in no time! Breakfast was great!

Breakfast was good the lady was very nice staff was nice. Room was dirty beds was clean thank goodness. It’s was dusky ,hand print on mirror marks on walls Stained carpet and couch pillows was stained and nasty looking

The pool, gym, and lobby is nice! although the pool had bread floating in it when we went swimming. The beds have stains all over, check under all the sheets and bedding before laying down.

Linda at the front desk was amazing!! There were some cleanliness issues. The pool was cloudy. The hot tub had brown floaties in it. We were given a blanket with a blood stain on it. The breakfast was good. They offer eggs, sausage or bacon, French toast, and waffles. Some of the items were not being replenished like they should have been. The towel hanger fell out of the wall and almost him me. They have some things that need better maintenance.

When we arrived I felt as if the front counter staff was not really welcoming. They had no friendly personality, it’s like they hated their job. Our room was dirty there were a toy car on the floor a blue cap to a drink on the floor and a used water bottle. The extra blanket was dirty and had stain on it of orange. And some red color on the blanket. I called a head of time to make sure the hot tub was working and was told yes. I was surprised to find it up for maintenance as it was being cleaned. I do like that they clean it but it was an inconvenience as we only booked the room to use the hot tub. It did open after three hours. We also noticed the sign where no children under 16 allowed in the hot tub and it was packed with kids. Which is fine at a point but not when you can get in because there is no room. My stay could have been a lot better. This is not a place I will stay again.

Parking fine. Rude customer busted in on us checking in. Room was decent. Blaring light outside our room, made it hard to sleep. Noisy from the highway. All the drink machines were empty. No cable TV, but internet worked.
