It needs to be upgraded

We had a great experience. The inside of the hotel is decent for the age. Staff was extremely friendly and our family enjoyed the time at the pool and the guest common area. There is some aesthetic upgrades that could be made but the experience was really good

Easy parking. Room was ok. Only several points I wait to make. It was no cold water running in vanity! I found heir between sheets! Bathtub didn't have drpain plug. Breakfast was very poor.

Ill prepared hotel staff, dirty and smelly hallway and room. Would not return. From start to finish, nothing seemed to work. Key card didn't work, couldn't pay with their machine, had to do it manually, putrid smell in the hallway, garbage and garbage bags in hallway, walls cracked and peeling everywhere. Finishing touch was a fire exit door being bolted shut..

Worst hotel I've experienced. Checked in at 2:00 AM, the guy at the desk had a bad attitude and seemed inconvenienced to look up my reservation. He showed me to my room and made sure to pop his head in the door before I could see to make sure the room was actually ready/available. The room appeared to not have been occupied for months, dead lady bug on one bed, stains on the sheets of the other bed. I tried everything to turn on the heater, eventually set it as high as it would go and went to sleep hoping the thermostat would kick on at some point. It was -25 outside so very cold in the room, January 12th. I woke up at 6:00am very cold, even with double bed sheets from the one i wasn't using. Decided to leave at 6:00am and nap in my heated truck. The same desk guy from the night before was confused by the premature departure, so I told him it was awful, mainly due to the lack of heat. He blamed the cold weather for the cold room. I explained that the heater is supposed to work to warm the room up, then he blamed me for not coming up to get him to look at it. I explained it was 2:30 am and I just wanted to go to sleep, and that a heater should work before a room is given to a customer. There was no offer of a room upgrade or refund, although he did offer a cup of coffee from a neglected automatic coffee machine. Sleep in your car before you stay here. They shouldn't be in business

We couldn't check in until an english speaking woman came to the desk. The room was awful. The microwave was filthy, the fridge was worse. There were food wrappers under the beds & beside the TV box. There were crumbs all over the desk chair. There was no internet. We tried calling - no answer. There was NO shower curtain!! We tried calling - no answer. We had to use a bed sheet in order to shower!! There were ladybugs. Why did we stay, you ask? The once good quality chain name drew us in, we booked through *******, hence non refundable, and we were exhausted.

We booked a single queen accessible room and got a room with two double beds but its location near the entryway was good for my sore leg. We slept well, were a bit disappointed with the breakfast. Cheese slices or boiled eggs would be nice addition for a source of protein.
