Worst hotel I've experienced. Checked in at 2:00 AM, the guy at the desk had a bad attitude and seemed inconvenienced to look up my reservation. He showed me to my room and made sure to pop his head in the door before I could see to make sure the room was actually ready/available. The room appeared to not have been occupied for months, dead lady bug on one bed, stains on the sheets of the other bed. I tried everything to turn on the heater, eventually set it as high as it would go and went to sleep hoping the thermostat would kick on at some point. It was -25 outside so very cold in the room, January 12th. I woke up at 6:00am very cold, even with double bed sheets from the one i wasn't using. Decided to leave at 6:00am and nap in my heated truck. The same desk guy from the night before was confused by the premature departure, so I told him it was awful, mainly due to the lack of heat. He blamed the cold weather for the cold room. I explained that the heater is supposed to work to warm the room up, then he blamed me for not coming up to get him to look at it. I explained it was 2:30 am and I just wanted to go to sleep, and that a heater should work before a room is given to a customer. There was no offer of a room upgrade or refund, although he did offer a cup of coffee from a neglected automatic coffee machine. Sleep in your car before you stay here. They shouldn't be in business
