Stayed for 8 nights as part of a tour group . The first impression of the hotel is good . Check in was ok & we took our luggage to our room ourselves for speed . The lounge area was very modern, nice design & decorating. Comfortable chairs . A nice bar area with very reasonable prices for a hotel . A good cocktail menu, nice beer & wine . Outside terrace was ok with tables & chairs, sunloungers were available. People used the pools , however I didn’t due to time constraints. The dining room were we ate breakfast & dinner is set up I imagine for “ tour groups “ & you had to stay in your allocated area . I am sure breakfast on the terrace would have been fantastic, sadly we were not given that chance . We both found the food provided very good , there was a great choice of Spanish/ International food . We usually ate Spanish as we love dishes from this area . I do think we had a meal we didn’t enjoy. A lovely surprise was that water & wine were included at Dinner . An added bonus for tour groups I think. We found the entertainment in the bar very good but sadly it was far too loud so only went the first evening. Luckily we had a balcony with a sea view . Our tour company had asked for a walk in shower, which I was very happy to see had been given . Sadly we found the room very basic , 2 single beds which were so hard we asked our Tour Manager if she could arrange a mattress topper to be provided. It was but they were still too hard . One bedside table , a chair & a desk / luggage rack . No pretty cushions , bed covers , ornaments, pictures. I felt it really need an upgrade. Shame as it let the hotel down . Overall we enjoyed our stay . The location was right on the beach & it was a slow 30 minute stroll into the main town along the promenade.

The location for me was good, my room had a sea view and was clean, comfortable bed. Bathroom was good equipped with soap ,and body lotion and a shower,bath,bidet and basin. Towels and bath mat changed daily Only negatives - no kettle, only BBC world news and CNN in English although many other channels . Fridge in room and balcony with two chairs and a table The buffet food was good although sometimes the breakfast hot food was only lukewarm , but no complaints really, restaurant staff pleasant and friendly Reception staff helpful Entertainment was a DJ or the DJ singing in the evenings, found the bar staff especially the young woman and young man who appeared to have a bad back a little hostile ,although the other young man and older man bar staff were very friendly A mainly pleasant stay with close easy access to the Sandy beach

The staff were so lovely and helpful. Especially the waiting staff Special mention must go to Ahmad, Irma ,Allan and Omar Food was excellent and the location near the beach perfect

Very impressed with this hotel. Clean, spacious, great staff & delicious food. Buffet style food for breakfast & dinner. Huge variety of foods, including freshly cooked meat & fish at timeof service within restaurant. Shout out to friendly efficient staff, especially Alla, Omar & Urma. Good variety of drinks and very reasonably priced. Special thanks to friendly barman "Ahmed". Reception staff also great. Special thanks to Mary for printing out boarding passes. Grounds are lovely to sit in & views from room balcony are great. Used spa facilities, which are a bonus in adverse weather. Would highly recommend
