We went to the outlet late and the waiter was off duty, but the phone service was very good and I was very satisfied. The room was clean and bright, and the facilities were complete. I was satisfied.

This property is clearly undergoing refurbishment so the common areas are still a work in progress. However, check-in was friendly and efficient. My room had been redecorated and was very clean and comfortable

Although the hotel is in the process of being renovated, the room was clean and well presented, with freshly laundered bed sheets. Plenty of parking available and the hotel is located within easy walking distance of Porthmadoc town centre and associated shops. The owner was very friendly and helpful, would certainly stay here again.

The owner was really nice let us check in early. The place is being renovated at the moment but my double room was great and comfortable. Right next door to the train station.

The town is ok, I used it like a base to go to other places from: Harlech, Criccieth and Por**eirion are only short distances away. If people like steam trains or they want the Snowdonia National Park then it's good for that. There are some great beaches nearby.
The accommodation was good, I had a big room to myself. I liked staying there. It was next to the station so that is convenient.
