We arrived around 3 p.m. and the person at the reception couldn't find our reservation made through Trip.com. With a lot of anger and insistence he told us that he couldn't do anything and that we had to contact Trip.com to solve the thing with them (after 9 hours of travel and all the possible confirmation emails). While I was waiting for Trip.com to respond to us, another person called us saying that everything was in order, that they couldn't find it due to a "computer error." Not an apology, nothing.
The room was not bad, second floor, well located. Old hotel facility, the 5 stars are not deserved, honestly, it is a current 4 star, for the price paid it is fine.
Good buffet breakfast, equally good and attentive service.
We had a problem one day when they didn't make the room, we had to complain at 7:30 p.m. and they cleaned it and made it very quickly (and quite "lightly"), but, well...
We cannot comment on SPA, Gym etc since we have not tried those services.

The hotel looks good, is clean, has good facilities has well kept grounds and a resident parrot. -Great locations for the beaches (very clean beaches) -close to restaurants -Nice outside terrace and lounging areas. -The gym is a little small, no mats. -Good access to the beach. -Breakfast buffet was delicious, and they served fresh omelettes and Prosecco -The WI-FI was good -Loved the sea view room -room was spacious, clean and had all the trimmings (Flat screen tv, mini bar, robes, slippers, blankets, extra pillows, safe, desk, balcony furniture, bidet, table & chairs, connecting rooms) -I like the fact there was a safety cord in the shower The shower pressure was amazing -The pools are not heated and close at 6pm -You only get 1 bottle of complimentary water for entire stay. - The gym opening times are late 9am-7pm, so if you want to use the gym before breakfast finishes you have to work out & shower all within 1 hour to make it before breakfast closes. - breakfast finishes too early at 10am (even on weekends) - the ****** vibe isn’t great! Slots are on ground floor and table in lower floor -no toys allowed in pools -bar staff don’t give ice, so have to order ice from room service then pay £3 service charge. Cheaper to buy a bag of ice from supermarket

Despite a decent welcome, an ideal location, good bedding and spacious rooms, the treatment is definitely not worth the five stars. Breakfast was just okay. For some staff members, smiling was an option. The infrastructure clearly deserves to be renovated.

Also wir waren eine Woche vom 28.12 - 04.01.2024 vor Ort. Das Hotel zeichnet sich durch die hervorragende Lage aus, toller Meerblick, Zugang direkt zum Strand. Die Sauberleit ist top, das Frühstück ebenfalls. Die Zimmer sind ins Alter gekommen. 5 Sterne würde ich nicht geben, denne s fehlte uns an Ausstattung: den Fön kann man vergessen im Bad und es gibt KEINE WEITERE Steckdose für einen anderen Fön anzuschließen. Kein Wasserkocher, keine möglichkeit mal ein Tee oder Nescafe zu machen. 2 deutsche Programme im TV ist klar zu wenig, 22 € pro Tag für die Tiefgarage find eich ebenfalls überteuert. Wir hatten aber eine sensationelle Silvesterparty, das Frühtück war super. Sauberkeit ebenfalls.
