We take all comments seriously as they help us improve our services and ensure our guests have the best possible experience. We are genuinely surprised by your remarks regarding the lack of activities for children. Vitor's Plaza is internationally recognised as a family-friendly hotel, offering a wide variety of activities that cater to all ages. We have mini golf, tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts, table tennis, three pools, a playground, and even daytime and evening entertainment, which occurs 5 to 6 times a week during the high season (June to August) and 3 to 4 times a week during the regular season (April, May, September, and October). Given these amenities, we find it difficult to understand your comments about there being nothing for kids to do. Regarding your mention of the kids' bed not being made upon arrival, this seems to be a misunderstanding. The kids' bed is the sofa bed, which is always prepared; you only need to pull it out. We sincerely apologize for any confusion this may have caused. As for your observations about the food, we are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your feedback and we will address your concerns with our team to ensure we continue to uphold the high standards for which Vitor's Plaza is known.
