Stayed for 4 nights over the Motogp weekend. The hotel is close to the train station which is great but a long way from anything else. The room was clean but unfortunately the bed was rock hard so made for uncomfortable sleeping. The staff were excellent though and the receptionist gave us all the information we needed on how to get the bus's to get to the circuit. Breakfast was limited though and the breakfast room very small.

For the price you cannot go wrong. Relatively close to the town centre. The rooms are clean and tidy, friendly efficient staff, a simple but adequate breakfast. However, the downside for us were the stairs, which we did not realise would be a problem! I say this as my husband had a hortific fall a couple of years ago. Part of the reason we chose the hotel was because it had a lift, but didn't realise it did not go from the ground floor (reception). The lift only goes from the first floor! Unfortunately the breakfast room is in the basement, so more steps to negotiate. For people with mobility issues I cannot recommend this hotel, and I feel the hotel should have made this information clear on their website.

Comfortable, we have never had problems, tranquility, great breakfast, treatment from the staff a 10. Our special thanks to Pedro, the guy at the reception, we encountered a problem with the car and he was attentive to help us at all times.. Our infinite gratitude ..The hotel must be super proud to have such attentive staff with its clients...Thank you

Basic hotel, but very clean and spacious room. Was on top floor, had a nice big double, big bathroom and nice and quiet. A bit far from the beach but a walk there and taxi back was super easy and cheap.

The hotel is 2 stars but I could consider it 3. Spacious room with great bathroom. Very good breakfast. It is right in the center of Portimão, which is 3km from the beach. It is quite silent and very good for resting. It also has a terrace. I believe that a minibar in the room would greatly improve the experience.

Fica numa localização central, perto do comércio de rua e tradicional e de vários restaurantes e, ainda, a cerca de 15 minutos a pé da zona ribeirinha. Apesar de não ter estacionamento disponível não foi complicado estacionar na proximidade do hotel em lugares gratuitos. Apresenta um ambiente agradável, cuidado, airoso e limpo, e os quartos apresentam a dimensão e arrumação necessária para uma estadia confortável! Apesar de não ser possível tomar o pequeno almoço em regime buffet, a solução encontrada com voucher para levantamento do mesmo na refeição, no próprio dia, revelou ser uma ótima solução, proporcionando a escolha de vários produtos (no dia anterior) e sua degustação na cobertura do hotel, com vista 360º sobre a cidade. O acolhimento, a simpatia e a disponibilidade dos funcionários foi sentida do início ao fim da estadia, sendo mais um motivo para numa próxima visita a Portimão optarmos pelo Made Inn.
