We were delighted with this accommodation, the pool is incredible and we were always alone, so fabulous. The workers are charming and very friendly. I recommend it 100x100

For the second time at this inn I have to say that I will not be returning. My first experience was in shared rooms (2019) and everything went great, cleaning the rooms and bathroom. This time it was terrible. Room very poorly cleaned, dirty toilet, dirty floor, dirty curtains, walls in need of painting, there are no sockets near the bed, shower doesn't close doors, rusty and DIRTY mirrors. Swimming pool dirty and with a lot of ****s around it. Inn in general with a lot of potential to become a super pleasant place but suffers greatly from the lack of maintenance and LACK OF CLEANING. Thanks for the breakfast and the friendliness of the staff.

The only thing i positive was the person at the reception. I booked a bunk bed in a male dormitory and got one in a mixed dormitory. This is not what i booked and payed for and nobody asked me before if i would agree on that when they made that change. I felt quite uncomfortable since i don't like mixed dormitories. They said that they had no more availability in a male dormitory and for this i will ask to get part of my money back. The bathroom and showers were dirty and a health hazzard. I am a frequent user of pousadas all over the country and never had problems like this. Poor and careless managment. I am sending very explicit pictures of the bathroom...i am still waiting for an answer to my complaint and obviously money back. I will forward this to our health and safety authorities.

Very poor breakfast, but the staff is friendly. I believe the problem lies with whoever is "in charge" of the structure!! The common kitchen could be cleaner, but that depends on the people who share it. Otherwise the location is good and the rooms are QB, they could have had a TV in the rooms, you can't ask for too much from a youth hostel!

First of all, it's not a hotel. It's a youth hostel. Very welcoming staff, pleasant swimming pool, especially with 35 degrees or more. And very pleasant breakfast included. On the other hand, the men's showers and sinks were hot, impossible to stay for more than 5 seconds... so the men were going to shower at the women's house... we reported the problem but it was not resolved the next day. And finally from 11:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. many people shouting in the hallway without paying attention to the fact that families are trying to sleep.
