Portishead

Room was excellent - clean, quiet, everything working. Plenty of parking, food and drink right next door. Breakfast - was very poor. Food quality was good, but 25 minutes waiting for bacon / sausages / hash browns to be cooked for a buffet breakfast isn't good enough.

Stayed for 4 nights with the meal deal. Two mornings breakfast not available at time required. I am told that some items came out in stages but too late for me. Two identical main meals ordered at the same time but delivered 40 minutes apart and varying quality and quantity. Dangerous coffee machine which sprayed steam with such force that the cup was empty after it had finished, I had to stand back to avoid being scalded. Bar tables sticky. Only redeeming quality was the two bar staff members ,(Charlotte and Sam) who were capable and a glowing asset in an otherwise regrettable experience. Accomodation as expected but the food side let you down Premier Inn.

The hotel was fine and the reception was excellent. I’ve only complained was it was a very long way to walk to the room. However, the Brewers fair public house next door, which was associated with the hotel, was rubbish. Finding our reserved table proved to be a problem and we were politely asked to leave at 8:45 pm as the pub was closing!

Premier Inn ….Gordano Gate…Portishead… great value provides excellent food..the staff are excellent.and welcoming…Sunday carvery ..freshly carved Turkey breast…is great value as are their deserts. Particularly their Knickerbocker glory (especially who makes it) and others!

Dirty room, coffee stains down wall and on skirting board. Bathroom was damp and mouldy, and toilet had faeces in the u-bend. Bedding was stained and obviously not fresh.

Very friendly and helpful staff and a great breakfast. The bed was so comfortable that I am going to order a similar mattress.

Really enjoyed our stay here,clean tidy room, very convenience for marina, staff lovely, would definitely stay again!

i lioved the hotel and the breafast was a good start to the day, the staff were wonderful and answered any enquirry i had,. i will be wantint to stay in any premier that gives the service i recieved on my stay , i would like to say thankyou fotr a wondereful stay.

The room was roasting hot no air flow, standalone fan was just pushing hot air around. Nothing mentioned on check in about rooms being hot. Didn't feel safe in room to leave window open as had toddler with me and was on ground floor. Windows were filthy dirty, cobwebs and dead flies on netting
