The hotel was advertising that it was waterfront which it was not and the staff wasn’t very helpful at times.

Dit bestaat uit een paar straten maar wel fijn om te kunnen lopen.

I love Portland and visit at least one time during summer season. Rates have gone up a lot so this year I went a little earlier. Thought it would be cooler walking around but weather was as hot as July. The hotel is always immaculate. The staff is efficient. The breakfast offerings great, making it a good value. What really stood out was the service. When my transportation to train did not come in a timely fashion, the GM drove me to the train himself. Although, I have experienced this at a Mom and Pa place, I never have from a Chain Hotel. Although ,of course I have used shuttles when shuttles were a thing. I appreciated this person going above and beyond to satisfy a guest. This will be my first choice when in the Portland area again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn. The rooms were very clean and spacious for a family of four. The pool was a hit with our two young children. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast, it had all our favorites. The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. The location was perfect, very close to many delicious restaurants and shopping. Overall, I highly recommend for families traveling with children. We’re looking forward to our next trip to Portland and stay at the Hampton Inn.

It was a long wait at the front desk checking in. The woman at the front desk was very efficient and extremely pleasant. Just a long wait as many people were checking in at once. The line was long
