We stayed in Portland-Old Port for two nights. This hotel is in a GREAT location! We could walk to restaurants and bars and to the waterfront area. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and modern looking.

Blood looking stains on sheets, messy smelly room, way overpriced for what you’re getting, no access to free water besides sinks. Def not doing that again when canopy is down the road for cheaper…

Very friendly staff. Easy check in and valet parking. No bonus amenities like water in room. Shower was a little dated.

The staff was friendly and easygoing, which made it fun from the moment we arrived. Our room was beautiful with big floor-to-ceiling windows! The area is great for shopping in independent stores with great restaurants and very walkable, close to the water--nice even in winter. The only disappointing thing was the pool, which is tiny, only good for really little kids. I think they should make it into a hot tub. Very good free breakfast as well!
