Great place for short weekend trips

Situated in a convenient location for the things we were doing in the area. Meals were great. Didn't like finding someone else's hair tie on our bathroom floor though.

When things are set to be done, there no!! Sorry guys, you’re up there, but you’re declining at a rate. The 1 million dollar upgrade that was supposed to be finished last year, hasn’t even started! In my opinion only, if you advertise such a thing and don’t deliver, you will get hammered by the people who may have an interest in your business. For me, I’ve been staying at your hotel coming close to 16 years. Understandable you’ve had staff change but make no apologies , they all have been first class. The other thing I have an issue is that like most places is the pricing , your meals in the front restaurant you really need to review your pricing cause it’s a little bit out there. For example, why would someone pay $10.00 for a glass of wine when you can go into Dan Murphys and get close to 2 bottles for the same price!!’ The new owners have scrapped your rewards scheme from Choice Privileges. Great service for people like me and others who would like to save their points and use them elsewhere. Probably not a good idea as in the same town you have other hotels that have kept the scheme going and well done to them cause they would’ve known that this has happened. In finishing, this hotel is good and it may seem I’ve put a damper on it, but it just needs a little touch up to get back to its first class standard it was! Visit by all means and then make your decision!!

The room didn’t smell freshly cleaned. The mattress was horrible and too hard. No complimentary bottled water.

Was very central to most places, walking distance. Only thing didn't like was the fact there was no microwave in room.

we stayed for 3 nights and we did not have any house keeping done in that time.

Central location and clean room, very good.
