As with all Quest they are always good to excellent clean great king bed , had shower mat which for us in our 70s was good.

My stay at Quest Portland was great. The staff who greeted me were lovely & very clearly explained how to get to my room, Wifi, parking. The room was clean, modern, and had lovely amenities ( shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion). Would definitely stay with Quest in any location again.

Great value for a short stay, plenty to do if you like walking. Great Ocean side walks and spectacular scenery.

It was very close to where we needed to go and the service and amenities were great. We also thought that the service from staff was really good. The room was clean and we didn't have any problems with it.

We have stayed in 6 different quests 5 of them were all the same, that is what encouraged us to book and stay in the Portland quest. We were not informed that this motel was mainly used for contractors ) tradesmen) so the room was very small l had to go side on to get around the door into the bathroom and the furniture was cheap, l had booked over a month before the stay, we were very disappointed, and spoilt the fact that we were in Portland for a wedding. Never again,

Lovely centrally located accomodation, close to restaurants and waterfront. Bed was very comfortable, but the bathroom could have been a lot better designed, shower leaked way too much water, which left the bathroom slightly flooded!

Quest apartment, clean tidy and comfortable with full kitchen facilities as well as washing machine dryer. Apartment was serviced, which was good. Plenty of on-site parking, staff very good. Very good position of hotel close to shops, eating places and water front, all walkable. Very good accomodation and close to the places that you need
