Bathroom door didn’t lock. We informed the front desk; they sent someone who had no clue… said, let me see if there is another lock available, and never returned. The bath tub won’t drain. There is a lot of neighborhood noise. Overall, won’t recommend.

This hotel is nice and very well kept. All of the staff we encountered were helpful and pleasant. We wanted to stay here because of the restaurant and bar on site along with the indoor hot tub and pool. The bistro had very good food, and the drinks were delicious as well, afterwards we jumped in the Jacuzzi before settling in for the night. Our room had great views of the Columbia river, so if you can request a river view room, I highly encourage it! The room was very clean and everything wasn’t working order, nice and spacious.

they have the worst possible parking lot underneath the building that I’ve ever seen. I arrived kind of late and about every single regular size space was taken. The sizes are just too small. I was barely able to park my car in one of the last remaining regular spaces, and it wasn’t even a large car. I hope my car doesn’t get dinged from someone else being super close to it. I will never come here again!

Stiff bed but what was the real issue was dirty shower it had hair left all over it walls and shower floor. I let the staff know when I checked out because I needed to hit the road and get a quick shower in. The staff said I’m sorry that’s gross do you want something from the snack bar… I said no thanks. I feel like they could have reduced the cost of the room instead….

When I arrived the front desk was very pleasant to my co-worker and as it was my turn to be assisted, they were short, rude did not ask the same questions about any needs. I asked about a billing question and they stated "because you booked through *******, we cannot assist you." Then when I called regarding the fan in the room was very loud and would not turn off, they only provided me with moving me (at 10 pm) to the 1st floor close to the front which they acknowledged that it would possibly be noisier. They lacked any apology and verbally scoffed while I was on the phone regarding this issue. Though the room was nice, the rest of the hotel was very dissapointing.

The front desk was great at check-in and the bistro is open late and serves a variety of food in a relaxed setting. Even on a Friday night there was available parking in the secured garage, and the spaces are large and accessible

Our first room had a slight tv malfunction (no volume) and they immediately sent someone out to check at 9pm, and when it wasn't immediately solvable, offered us a new room; within 5 minutes we had a new room number, keys in hand and a luggage cart waiting at our door in case we needed it. AMAZING customer service, including at the tasty Bistro. Beautiful courtyard with a gorgeous fountain, view, and fire pit; tons of intimate and comfy seating around the facility to hang out (yes, you'll actually want to!).
