Close to the city center, no breakfast, old hotel refurbishment, soundproofing near the road is average, not recommended for people with poor sleep. The hotel is clean and there is nothing special about it.

Shaunice was super helpful helping me set up a reservation, and use tap to pay, which was great because I had lost my debit card. Everyone was kind and they had complementary toys for my kids They helped us out with getting a crip and extra blanket for our room as well. Thank you!

Parking rates are $35 a night, pet fees are $45, and there are hidden fees for “amenities” which are over $30 a night. What should have been a little over $200 for two nights turned into over $400.

The evening person tried putting someone else's dinner on my credit card! She told me that I was the person that ordered the food, and I proved to her that I already paid for my dinner and the receipt she showed me wasn't even my hand writing. I put my dinner on my room! She charged me when I specifically told her that I had already paid, but she decided to put it on my card anyway!!! The AC Also wasn't working.

Everything was great, and I thank the lady that checked me in, shorter with brown hair, glasses. She made my check in and stay the best it could be. I wish I remembered her name so I could include it here and thank her properly. Anyway, please consider this place for your next visit to Portland.
