I booked a barrier-free double room for two nights. Overall, I feel that the hotel's hygiene, facilities, room size and beds are very good. It's a very good hotel. It would be better if the hotel's front desk service could be more enthusiastic. I will stay there next time if I have the opportunity. .

I have stayed at this property a couple times now, and each time I have been greeted by friendly, helpful staff, quick service, and have gotten a clean, comfortable room. It is now my go to hotel for trips in and out of Portland international.

The shuttle from the airport was canceled due to weather, though the roads were just wet. I wasn’t notified in anyway that I would need to find my own transportation. The desk clerk told me the shuttle was a courtesy and not an obligation for your hotel and if it wasn’t available it wasn’t your problem.
