Property is outdated. Bathroom door on both sides was falling apart. Too pricey for a property that is not kept up.

I couldn't get thru to the free shuttle service although I tried and tried so I had to take a cab from the airport that cost me $20.

First thing I saw was a curtain rod laying on the table…..bath gel fell off wall, lying in the shower…dispense top broken…airplane noise…

Easy hotel to get to, ample parking, super quick check in, love that all the rooms are suites, so you have a separate living room. Room was clean and beds and pillows comfortable. The evening reception gives each guest 2 free drinks, and snacks, and they have the friendliest gals serving the drinks, especially Carolyn. The breakfast is one of the best for a hotel that includes it with your stay. They have a fresh omelet station, fresh fruit, and all the other normal breakfast choices, such as eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, and bagels, toast, pastries, etc..The ONLY downfall I need to mention is that my card was charged $20 for parking at checkout, which I was not informed of at check in. I made my reservation thru *******, and they did not inform me either. Not sure if you book directly thru Hilton website if they tell you this up front.

Stayed two nights here before an American Cruise Line cruise. The hotel is older, a bit dated, but it had everything we needed. The room was large, bed was comfy. Our room was on the street/airport side. If I were to stay again, I’d request a room off the main drag, as it was noisy. There is a nice bar, and they serve a modified dinner menu there. The restaurant is kind of in the lobby, which was odd, but the food and service was very good. Nice buffet breakfast, the omelet bar was great! I’d stay here again.

There was no enforcement of the after 9pm rules as posted in the elevators. I had to call. The place was packed with middle-school boys for some basketball tournament for which me and my husband had nothing to do with. Kids were running the halls, yelling, well past 9pm. I had to call about it. It later improved. Having a room directly across from the elevator did not help matters. If the property has rules, they need to enforce them and don't wait for a guest who is trying to have peace and quiet, to call about it.

Our girl that checked us in was awesome. But only one thing that changed since we we're there last. Was the all you can drink happy hour from 5 to 630pm and also my wife bought a new bathing suit she was so excited to swim in the swimming pool but we got there and found out that it was under maintenance she is very very disappointed Was a little disappointed about that. And also found a huge black hair in her eggs at the breakfast buffet. But the bartenders we're super nice and very awesome. I wish i know the brunette bartender name. But let her know she was great. We normally always stay there but we actually were kind of disappointed this time
