Just be prepared for what you see is not what you get. When I booked the hotel, the amenities list showed free breakfast, EV charger, swimming pool and kitchenette. It ended up with no EV charger and no swimming pool. The so-called kitchenette has no stove, no kitchenwares, no utensils, other than just a microwave and fridge. The free breakfast was the most disappointing. Edible items include muffins, plastic wrapped eggs etc. Nothing is hot other than coffee and hot water. No milk or bread whatsoever. Leaves me wonder how it's still called "breakfast"! Room service is pretty much self-served. I did not notice anyone cleaning my room at all. The neighborhood has a number of homeless people. It could be dangerous for visitors with no vehicles, esp after dark.

Around 8pm, there were many homeless people on both sides of the small road leading into the hotel from the main road. All the ice machines in the hotel are broken. The room is spacious. When the room next door was using the bathroom, the water pipes made a loud noise.

The room is big and the service is good. super cost-effective

Last night 7/22/23 my granddaughter and I stayed at this facility and have never been so afraid of staying in a hotel. I was woken up at 1:30 when someone was trying to get into our room, I could hear them pushing on the door. Finally, they went away. I finally dozed back off and I was woken up again at 5 with someone again trying to access my room. This time they were more persistent. I never went back to sleep and just as soon as it was light, we packed up and left. I spoke with the lady at the front desk and asked her if the doors to the facility were locked at night as there are quite a few homeless people in this area. She assured me that they were locked, and she said that she would have her supervisor look into it. I don't feel that this was a safe and secure place, I will not be staying there again.

The hotel was quiet and the breakfast was decent. The staff were kind and it is 15 minutes away from the airport. However, the area is a bit sketchy. There were unfortunately homeless people in the parking lot of the hotel. But they did not bother anyone

We paid over $450 for a suite for 2 nights. The hotel pool wasn't working and this was not disclosed when making the reservation. We ended up changing rooms due to the first having broken and scratched furniture and the tub being dirty and chipped. There were too many other issues to list. We moved to the other family suite which still was unclean, hair in the bathroom and on the bedding, an old dirty leather chair with some unknown substance stuck to it, just gross. My husband covered it with an extra sheet so we didn't have to look at it. We regret not asking for a refund and finding a room somewhere else. The only reason we stayed was because it was late when we arrived and we were exhausted. The location feels unsafe. There are lots of homeless and we actually saw someone shooting up behind a neighboring gas station. We will definitely not be staying here again.

It’s down in Delta Park where there are a lot of homeless, but I felt safe the whole time. Security patrolling the parking lots. On site staff 24 hours. Very friendly staff and everybody involved in the upkeep. Very clean rooms, sanitized, plenty of room, mini fridge and microwave hidden in cabinets for more space for your belongings

after staying in this hotel every year for at least 4 years now, we're thinking about finding a new hotel. yes, the hotel is very clean, but cleanliness isnt everything. If a room is booked for 4 people to be staying in it, there should be 4 towels in the room!!! if you're not going to be providing maid service every day, at least provide a garbage bag so people can throw away their garbage. if a hotel normally has a shuttle, and now it doesnt, tell people. if your reservation confimation says a price, and your reciept upon checkout says the same price, my credit card SHOULD NOT be charged a penny more than what my reciept says!!

Oh, my goodness. Where do I begin? We booked a family suite that was advertised as two bedrooms. We thought that would mean two separate bedrooms with a separate living room area, like the two bedroom suite we stayed in, in Florida. Nope. It was a master bedroom, with an en suite bathroom, and a living room area with a pull-out couch. These two areas were separated by a dilapidated accordion “door.” There was a dirty rag stuck in the couch. There was no bedding for the couch bed. We asked for bedding, in the early evening, when we got there. Someone had lost the key to the room it was kept, and we had to wait until almost 11 p.m. to get the bedding. The blankets were old and ratty fleece blankets. The bathroom was partially updated, with nice countertops, but the bathtub/shower was old and disgusting. Not to mention, there was hair in the sink. It’s absolutely disgusting to find someone else’s hair in a hotel room. The room was damp and cold, and the blankets for the main bed were thin. The neighborhood that this hotel is in is SKETCHVILLE. Boarded up, graffiti’d restaurants and homeless tents everywhere. We will never, ever stay here again. Be warned.

This hotel is one I frequent often when travelling to and from Canada and California. I love the location, just far enough off the highway to allow quick, easy access and a quiet nights sleep. The staff are professional and helpful. The rooms tastefully decorated and clean!

Hotel was decent and could have been due for a deep cleaning and remodel but the biggest drawback was the immense population of homeless around the area and on property at times. I’ve ever been to Portland so it was a shock to see this so close to where I was staying. It gave me a sense of unease when parking my car but after awhile I told myself to “get over it”. Haha Thought I stayed I never started out after dark and tried to park as close to the front as I could. The room was standard and in working order but the gym was sad and the tvs didn’t work. I won’t be staying here again but if it’s a last min stay and no other options, it’s doable!

The staff are all so friendly and efficient at their job. Our room toilet paper holder was broken and had no paper. When we went to notify the front desk the receptionist was so apologetic. The room was clean and breakfast decent. The light above the desk was not working so upon check out I mentioned to the receptionist and as soon as she completed my check out she call maintenance to fix the problem. We have stayed at this location and always enjoy our stay.

Facilities were decent. Entrance to property was difficult to find due to sign being small, unlit and smashed. Multiple homeless camps in the immediate area caused security concerns. Otherwise it's a reasonable place to stay with comfortable accommodations.
