Comfort Suites Portland Airport

We fly in from Hawaii, our flight delayed 3 hours, so we arrived at the hotel at 4am, the girl at the counter was walking towards outside and saw us entering the hotel with luggages without saying a word, we thought she was stepped out just a bit, and waited in the lobby, but she disappeared! There was another man in the lobby he tried to help us find her however no luck. We were so very tired and waited in the lobby for half an hour, she finally came in and gave us the key of the room, it only took like 2 minutes. If it were that simple, why not just handed the key to us upon our arrival, we tried to make phone calls, but the phone rang right in front of us in the counter with nobody inside, it's very very very frustrated.

We have a house in Baja and travel back and forth quite a bit-we have stayed here approximately 8 to 10 times in the last year. This is a clean and well maintained hotel and we like the staff. The beds are very comfortable and we like the sheets and bedding. Bathroom and shower are very nice. In room coffee, fridge and microwave and the rooms are very clean. Also like the pool area and use the hot tub every trip. Sideline Bar next door for moderately priced bar food. Also a Plaid Pantry behind hotel for snacks and needs. Although prices have ticked up a bit, still a lot of value for the price point. This hotel is our go to for PDX.

I stayed here one night before a flight. I went to use the free internet and had to watch a 30 second video before I could use it. I have never had this at a hotel. When I came back after supper, I had to watch this same video. I find it objectionable that the hotel did this. On another note, the breakfast does not start very early. Given that this hotel is near the airport, they should be offering an early breakfast. The hotel does have a pool and whirlpool and parking is actually free. So, I will give the credit for that.

Decent room, clean room, great price, ran next door to a comfortable little bar and grill for dinner. Just there for for the evening and off to the Oregon Coast.would stay again most definitely.

Suited our needs well for a short stay. Close to airport with good breakfast included and good facilities- kids enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub Self service laundry on site was also good. Plenty of parking and helpful staff. Hotel was clean and modern

The property is very clean and the staff was very nice and they let us check in early with no hassle.

Pool needed chemicals, the water was a greenish color. Hot tub was very foamy on the second day I was there. I couldn’t see the water at all just a thick layer of white foam. My son and I were only able to use the pool or hot tub one night (after waiting a reasonable 20 min). The remaining two nights were very busy with one or more families that had 6+ kids that which were continually in the pool and hot tub. We checked several different times throughout the afternoon and evening but it was full.

We were in Portland for a short trip to visit a relative. Comfort Suites met all of our expectations and then some! Our room was very clean and more than adequate to meet our needs for 3 nights. We especially appreciated the nice sitting area in our room, the ample complementary breakfast, and the airport shuttle service. We will definitely plan to stay at this hotel when we return to Portland.
