The hotel is very new, the facilities are very good, the service is in place, and the breakfast is ok. No extra bed is possible. There is a car park, but only for valet parking, the location is good, in the city center.

The bed was very comfortable but the cleanliness was NOT up to standards. There was hair in the bath tub when we arrived, the carpet had staples and so much dirt/stains. Multiple red stains which was gross. I didn’t take my shoes/socks off. It looks boujee and nice but I think they slack on cleaning.

Very pleasant stay, every staff member that we met was focused on our satisfaction. Rooms are modern and functional. I miss the old bakery operator, but we got by during the week. Ate twice at Metropolitan upstairs for modest dinner. Wait staff and food was just what we wanted. Room was quiet, heard virtually nothing from inside, just the early morning garbage pickup at Denny’s next door. Adjacency to Convention Center, Moda Center plus Max and trolleys are premium.

The hotel was nice, clean, and quiet except for the road noise. It was also disconcerting that there was no microwave in the room, plus the fridge had a bunch of for sale stuff in it. We would have no qualms about staying there again should we be in Portland again.

Booked this large king suite for a wedding event we were attending in Portland area. I was somewhat taken back by the $42 per night parking fee but once we arrived I realized that the surrounding area was filthy and over run with homeless, smelling of urine and cigarettes, so not safe to park off site. The room itself was quite nice and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Very noisy night with the train and light rail going all night sounding like a runway. We got up early and headed out so staff would have time to refresh our room but when we returned at around 2pm the room was untouched. We got ready for the wedding and left around 3 making sure to leave the “make up room” light on but when we returned that night it was still untouched. I sent a message to Liz expressing my disappointment about an unmade bed, dirty dishes and towels on floor. Her reply was “sorry but let me know if there is anything we can do” As lovely as the room was, I feel it was overpriced for such poor service and unsafe surrounding area. If I could take this same room and put it in a nice area with attentive staff that actually cleaned the room it would be 5 stars!

My daughter and I arrived at night in the pouring rain walking from the convention center dragging our suitcases and giant equipment bag. We rang the buzzer to be let in and then lugged everything up the stairs into the lobby where 3 people were standing behind the counter. Not one person offered to help us with our bags not even the tall guy with the beanie and hotel jacket I have never received so little service in my life!!!
