Just to be honest, we left after two hours. I did speak with the manager, Mr Strickland and his response was typical. This isn’t OUR standard..I’ll speak with the housekeeping staff. Unfortunately, this has seemed to be a standard of similar experiences on multiple social media platforms. He wants to make it right by inviting us back. We shall see if we take the plunge again. We stayed at The Benson hotel less than 6 months ago and it was pristine. Staff was far superior to the two gentleman this hotel had at check in. Not to mention over half the cost. Parlor and Terrace photos are the same online but Parlor rooms DO NOT INCLUDE THE PATIO which is fraudulently misrepresented on their direct company page as well as Priceline. I’ll adjust this review if or when we do decide to go back.

Internet so slow couldnt even load a we page, entire hotel run down with broken things everywhere. My hallway smelled like mold and had things left everywhere. Honestly the worst 5 star hotel i have ever been in.

The good: decent location, staff is friendly. The bad: Hotel pictures not accurate to reality. Gym completely different, rooms are extremely dark even with all lights on, room’s bathroom was dirty upon arrival with hairs on door and bathtub. Wouldn’t stay again.

Worst experience. We booked the reservation through Capital One Travel portal for one night. Capital One Travel portal advertised the list of amentias like Spa, massage, breakfast etc. included as part of the reservation. But we got to know at the check-in counter that hotel does not offer any of these. We were so disappointed to hear that. On top of that Hotel charged us $201 for water, drinks, mini bar items for using them. Hotel staff did not disclose about these charges at check-in time nor they shared about these charges through email beforehand.

Overall, the stay was okay. Check checking in and checking out was super easy. When it came time to Valley my car. There was a huge weight which ended up being over 30 minutes for drop off and pick up. Once we got up to the room.
Bro room was really nice once I drop something and looked. At me at the bed, it was really disgustit looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. And well over athere was actually chili. Prescription prescription ***** that someone left underneath the bed that looked like it spilled out. It definitely made me.
Unhappy and unsure of the overall cleanliness of the room. I will definitely not be back
