Beautiful room, comfortable beds, great location within walking distance to everything. The concierge Cruz, is amazing! Will definitely be returning. This was just a weekend getaway trip from Seattle with a friend and we both had an awesome time.

Reserved a king suite. The bed was a queen size and the window was tiny. Too much money for false advertising. The luxury of getting ripped off. No help from management they swore it was a king. Would definitely try another true luxury hotel in Portland before this one.

The Nines at Portland was a great stay. The location is super convenient in the downtown, being close to the river side, Rose Garden, Pearl district, Powell's bookshop and multiple food truck squares. Muji is right downstairs for impulsive shopping. Dinner at Departure and breakfast at Urban Farmers were surprisingly good given the fair price -- and we enjoyed the $40 breakfast credit as a Titanium member. Our concierge, Cruz and Sheryl, did a really awesome job over the long weekend in preparing for the room decoration for my wife's birthday, patiently explaining the local maps, and providing us the Art Museum tickets and the fall's visit permit. They are always there for us. I'll come back next time when we visit Portland.

The Concierge Team, led by Patrick McNearney, at the Nines is one of the best I've ever worked with! They made our special trip extra special! I have high expecations as a devout Marriott member, and they far exceeded them! Everyone from the valet, front desk, to cleaning services was impeccable.

My family and I had a great experience at the Nines! Clint was great in making our stay an exceptional one! Every time we passed by him in the hotel, he would greet us and even took the time to talk with our 6 year old son. The hotel is beautiful with lots of fun seating to experience in the lobby while enjoying a beverage or bite to eat. The food was amazing. Everything we ordered was prepared perfectly. We stayed on a higher floor and could not hear the noise of Portland. The hotel was centrally located for us to be within walking distance of many sites around town. We would definitely stay again.

We have stayed at The Nines numerous times during our daughter's tenure in Portland and it never disappoints. The hotel is cool, great location, and the rooms are all huge. But best of all is the staff training. Top to bottom the staff is highly trained and super courteous. We had a large family gathering in town for graduation this month and the valet, the front desk, and the restaurant staff all really went out of their way for us to make us feel special. Thank you all! You were great!
