Atendentes muito atenciosos, porém quartos velhos, mofo nas cortinas do quarto, toalhas bem batidas.
A localização é muito boa, próximo ao consulado americano em Porto Alegre (2km), bem como próximo ao shopping Iguatemi.

Hotel com estrutura boa, mas com pontos a serem melhorados como: ar condicionado quente está estragado, falta uma peça conforme foi informado pela recepção. As toalhas estão em uma apresentação ruim encardidas, não sei se devido a escassez de água, mas acredito que não, deveriam ser trocadas por uma leva nossa, não dá para saber o que é tapete de banheiro, para as toalhas de rosto e banho. A comida também principalmente a do buffet quando tem, é escassa, sempre demora para repor. Mas em um todo minha hospedagem é da minha família foi boa. Estamos aqui pela minha empresa que está custeando devido a tragedia do RS. Estamos a 19 dias fora de casa, e nos sentimos muito bem recebidos pela equipe, todos os funcionários tem um padrão de atendimento TOP. Respeito, educação, apresentação, cordialidade, felicidade, sorrisos, motivação, pertencimento por fazer parte da empresa. PARABÉNS, blindem os seus funcionários. Em especial Henrique um guri TOP de uma fineza, elegância, postura, disponibilidade incrível. Ele é diferente merece muito ser reconhecido pela empresa. Um menino haitiano de um sorriso com seu aparelho brilhante, de uma sensibilidade e atenção incondicional também, está dupla tem que ser agraciada na minha opinião. Lee é este menino.

Gosto muito desse hotel, mas desta vez o ar condicionado não estava funcionando direito, nos trocaram de quarto e mesmo assim nada. Um calor terrível em Porto Alegre e foi difícil dormir!!!
