Me decepcionei com o estado do quarto , chão estragado , parede rachada , imagem da TV muito ruim . Café da manhã fraco . Esperava mais deste hotel , pela localização em região nobre e pelo valor da diária. Não fui bem atendida na recepção tanto na chegada como na saída.

Funcionários extremamente gentis. O quarto é confortável (Ap. 1008), mas poderiam colocar mais alguns cabides, também sentimos falta de gavetas. WiFi funciona perfeitamente. Café da manhã é honesto, mas o restaurante e o serviço de quarto são caros para o que oferecem. No banheiro seria interessante que colocassem o porta papel higiênico próximo ao vaso sanitário e que colocassem dentro do box uma "prateleira ou nicho" para apoiar os shampoos.

O serviços prestados foram bons. O hotel precisa melhorar um pouco, na questão dos pães servidos no café da manhã, que deixam a desejar. Nem pão de queijo tinha. No mais, tudo correu muito bem.

Hotel bom pra quem está em trânsito, a trabalho ou negócio. Não pra quem está por lazer. Grande demais, uma enorme movimentação de entra e sai. Quarto pequeno, mas com uma boa cama. Boa localização. Café da manhã sem novidades, muito industrializado.
