Tudo muito bom. Localização excelente, serviço de manobrista 24h, café da manhã muito completo, várias opções zero lactose e sem glúten. Restaurante com pratos diversos e preço de acordo. Falta uma área kids , pois não tem. No geral vale muito, camas limpas e confortáveis, já nos hospedamos diversas vezes e com certeza voltaremos.

A limpeza deixa a desejar como um todo no quarto, desde o piso, até os lençóis e cabelos de hóspedes anteriores pelo quarto. A manutenção também não está em dia, o chuveiro estava com problemas e a privada vazando água. O colchão apresenta sinais claros de desgaste e o café da manhã apesar de apresentar variedade, peca em qualidade. O único ponto positivo é a localização e a vista do hotel.

Estivemos por uma noite. Chegamos tarde muito cansados e ao fazer o check-in tivemos um problema na reserva. Prontamente, e muito atencioso, o funcionário Cazuza resolveu o problema para que pudéssemos descansar. Na manhã seguinte desfrutamos de um excelente café da manhã que contava com um variedade de 6 frutas, diversos salgados, frios e pães, além de uma coffee machine. No check-out nenhuma cobrança extra.

Já visitei duas X e tive uma experiênciaate que agradável(fora os barulhos constantes da reforma da piscina na cobertura). Nesse momento estou hospedada e trouxe minha filha. Na reserva solicitei cama de casal + cama de solteiro. Ao chegar me deparei com 3 camas de solteiros. Liguei pra recepção e pedi para fazer a alteração e o atendente Marlon, alegou que o hot estivesse lotado. Entrei no booking e havia 5 categorias de apartamentos disponíveis, todos com camas de casais com sofá cama e até cama extra de solteiro. Liguei lá, perguntei porque mentiu, e ficou todo atrapalhado, não soube o que falar. Apartamento antigo, velho, com infiltração, chuveiro com problema e falta de manutenção. Totalmente diferente dos outros Intercity que fiquei. Não voltarei. Uma pena!

Estava tudo muito bom, quarto limpo, atendentes cordiais, fiz o check in mais cedo sem custo, café da manhã muito gostoso. Só teve uma coisa um pouco ruim, pedi um pouco de gelo no restaurante e quiseram cobrar 15,00 por um pouquinho de gelo, eu nunca vi isso em hotel nenhum. Mas foi tudo ótimo, no geral.
