Hotel muito bem localizado, quarto limpo e bem cuidado. Recepcionistas muito cordiais. Restaurante péssimo, comida ruim e atendimento do restaurante horrível.

Nos hospedamos de 27 a 29 no Swan Porto Alegre, não bastasse o transtorno de na primeira noite o ar condicionado não funcionar e dormirmos de janela aberta, porque a recepção informou que o hotel estava lotado e não seria possível trocar de quarto, minha esposa esqueceu um casaco, de um elevado valor no hotel. Imediatamente no dia seguinte pedi à recepção que enviasse via correio, que pagaríamos o valor do envio, o que até hoje não foi feito. Mais de 30 dias se passaram e não foi enviado. Hotel decadente, apenas 1 elevador que funciona, ar condicionado nao funciona, quartos precisando urgente de reforma. Não recomendo, há opções melhores em Porto Alegre de mesmo valor.

Hotel precisa de reforma, carpetes com cheiro forte, paredes internas do hotel mofadas, quarto com mofos, cortinas sujas, café da manhã simples, não senti segurança de hospedar no hotel. Não gostei desse hotel é não recomendo!!!

A TV não funcionou e tivemos que trocar de quarto. no outro o ar condicionado não funcionou. O exaustor do banheiro não estava funcionando. Os atendentes são bem prestativos. A localização e a vista da janela é ótima.

Geralmente quando preciso ficar em Porto Alegre, acabo escolhendo este hotel para pernoitar na capital. Situado numa região tranquila, mas, ao mesmo tempo, próxima dos principais pontos da cidade, isso torna fácil a locomoção. Além disso, o café da manhã é excelente. O quarto não parece tão novo, mas isso em nada compromete a qualidade da estadia. Super recomendo, pois também o custo-benefício é ótimo.

Amamos as comodidades e o atendimento do Hotel Swan em Porto Alegre. Rafael nos atendeu muito bem na Recepção, inclusive concedendo early check in! Muito bem localizado para quem pretende ir ao Consulado Americano ou Apenas passear na cidade! Quarto bem Limpo, cama e chuveiro ótimos (só achamos o banheiro um pouco pequeno para o tamanho do quarto, que é bem grande) Também conta com uma mini cozinha para pequenas refeições, sofá, mesa e cadeira de trabalho! No térreo tem um Restaurante com cardápio Árabe e o café da manhã foi bem variado. Ótima estadia em Porto Alegre!

Instalações quarto precárias. O banheiro, muito pequeno, com várias peças quebradas. O quarto, em si é bem espaçoso. O local do hotel é bem tranquilo. A entrada dele é legal. O café da manhã é razoável. O hotel tem uma localização boa, com opções perto.

simplesmente incrivel, uma comida impecavel, hotel bunito limpo, aconchegante, atendentes incriveis. um pessoal maravilhoso, equipe de se admirar. eu amei e voltarei com certeza! tem um banheiro incrivel, nao é que nem esses por ai que o quarto é mais ou menos e o banheiro uma nhaca, simplesmente nota 10.
