Muy buen hotel, bien ubicado y la zona esta tranquila. Las habitaciones son excelentes, la recepción esta buena e incluso hay bicicletas para los huespedes. El desayuno también es muy generoso.

1 - vendem uma coisa e oferecem outra;
2- As informações repassada ao cliente são divergente entre funcionário e o gestor;
3 - não se preocuparam em resolver os meu problema apenas lamentaram o ocorrido
4 - seguiram com rigor uma “política de cancelamento” sem considerar no mínimo o bom senso

O ar condicionado não gelava e como estava muito quente passamos calor. A terceira cama não estava montada quando chegamos - tivemos que solicitar mas logo foi providenciado. Jantamos no restaurante e achamos ok. O café é bom.

O hotel não está preparado para receber famílias com crianças pequenas (bebês). Estão ficados apenas em atender jovens, não compreendem as necessidades de famílias com crianças. Nao tivemos uma boa experiência: pedimos um berço no quarto e colocaram um berço em que não encaixava o colchão que forneceram, entre outros percalços. O acesso é terrível para quem está com carrinho de bebê, não há conexão entre a garagem e o hotel (não permitem que o elevador pare e abra a porta na garagem, temos que descer na recepção (térreo) e subir com carrinho de bebê pela rampa da garagem (um absurdo), sem contar contar que o trânsito no entorno do hotel é horrível. Para pessoas jovens sem criança me parece ser um bom hotel, para famílias de jeito nenhum
