Foi muito bom a esperiencia no hotel, porém o café da manhã não foi nada bom porque chegamos no local e so tinha uma funcionária colocando o alimento e ficamos esperando. O serviço nao foi pontual.

Local ruim, banheiro fedido, portas com problemas na maçaneta, estacionamento do hotel tem que pagar a parte e a chave do carro obrigado a deixar na recepção com eles, camas era confortável, ar gelava, o resto tava difícil.

O atendimento do rapaz q nos recebeu foi bom.
Mas o quarto muito ruim, camas e travesseiros duros, banheiro com cheiro muito forte e ar condicionado com barulho batendo a noite toda, iluminação do quarto pessima, uma fresta na porta que além de entrar luz a noite toda do corredor tb dificultava o fechamento da mesma.

5 um bom Hotel acomodações boas bom estacionamento,quartos amplos cama boas ,bom atendimento dos funcionários pessoal da noite tem todo cuidado pra quem chega muitos atenciosos,serviços de limpeza muito bons e tem um café da manhã bom e localizado numas das principais avenida de Porto Alegre fica próximo do aeroporto,e tem um bom custo benefício gostei do hotel.
