Com diária já paga(R$369,54) ,*a hora do check-i* tive que pagar mais R$130,00 (R$30,00 de taxa por ter cria*ça que já co*stava *a ******* e R$80,00 por uma bi-cama). A diária era 2 adultos e 1 cria*ca de 10 a*os. A cama co*tratada era Quee*, *o quarto era uma de casal. Desde segu*da-feira, dia18, estou espera*do uma ligação do gere*te do hotel e *ada. Esqueceram que tem um código do co*sumidor!

Nossa estadia foi muito boa ,apesar do ar condicionado apresentar problemas talvez pela falta de luz em vários pontos da cidade e o hotel ter de usar geradores! Como sugestão gostaria que nós fosse ofertado, como cortesia ,na sala de espera do hotel o cafezinho !

Decepcionados com a qualidade das instalações, que estão péssimas, uma queda de qualidade que vem acontecendo de forma gradativa e acelerada. O quarto familiar, nas camas de solteiro dizer que eram ruins seria um elogio, as molas vencidas, sem condições de uso, uma televisão de tubo, coisa que não via há anos, ar condicionado de janela muito antigo e barulhento, aparelhos que hoje são objetos de descarte e continuam sendo oferecidos para os hóspedes, como se fosse um hotel de 1 ou 0 estrelas, Ineficiência e descaso com a limpeza e organização.

Pelo preço achei que a acomodação fosse muito melhor. Cama ruim - tinha um buraco onde deitei. O box do banheiro tinha os rejuntes sujos ou mofados e o ralo estava escoando pouca água. Merece uma reforma para valer o preço. Quanto ao atendimento, nota 10
