房間每天有人打掃，周邊治安很好，吃飯的選擇也比較多，但是不是很新的酒店，對得起價格。如果出差可以選擇這裏。

Quarto muito confortável e limpo, café da manhã com muita variedade, num ambiente ótimo (ao som de pássaros e voos pela sacada do café da manhã, senti-me numa zona rural em plena cidade), tomar café numa casa histórica, cercada por ninhos e com visita de pássaros é um privilégio deste hotel, vista da Hidráulica Moinhos de Vento é o outro grande privilégio…, recepção calorosa com check-out tardio e guarda de malas

Boa Localização, conforto bom, beleza e um bom café da manhã.
Considero boa a relação custo x benefício.

Ficamos hospedados no hotel no final de semana mais quente de Porto Alegre, ao chegar no hotel nos deparamos com a recepção extremamente quente, me parece que o ar condicionado da mesma e de algumas salas não estava funcionando ou não estava ligado. Com relação ao quarto, bom tamanho, cama boa, ar-condicionado bom, chuveiro bom. Toalhas de banho muito ásperas, parecia uma lixa na pele. Na manhã em que fomos tomar café, chegamos até o espaço e nos deparamos com uma situação inusitada, não pudemos subir para tomar café, pois o salão estava lotado, então tivemos que aguardar, em uma sala extremamente quente. Ao adentrarmos o salão do café, o local muito abafado, os frios e frutas moles e quentes, o chão sujo, andávamos e o chinelo grudava no chão. Fiquei impressionada em como esse hotel em específico destoa dos demais da rede, infelizmente a estadia não foi das melhores e não pretendemos voltar.

Same old story things broken or don"t work when you check in. Lobby impressive, but that is all that is impressive about this hotel. When I checked in went to the room and checked out if everything worked. As is usual 50% of the time at All hotels, the room safe did not work (this gets old). The A/C was making a lot of noise, I turned back around to the reception and asked for a different room. New room A/C and room safe worked. The rooms in this hotel are the size of IBIS rooms, except you are paying much more for a not as well maintained room. Bathroom about IBIS size excepot the shower was slightly bigger. There was no elevator to go to the dining room it was on a second floor and you had a winding stairway. I had knee surgery a few months ago and this was not fun. Limited breakfast items and they were never warm, they had no hot plates. This is an older propery which needs complete remodeling especially an accessible dining room. Also they only thing really around is a hospital, not much else. Cannot Recommend, stay at an IBIS instead for less money and more modern facilities.
