O Letto, atigo Tri Hotel, é localizado no centro de porto Alegre. É um hotel comum, com um quarto onde infelizmente o ar-condicionado não funciona muito bem, mas é confortável, e o café da manhã é bem simples. Há hoteis melhors na região, mas se você não encontrar vagas em nenhum deles, e irá ficar apenas uma noite, não fará mal. O hotel não tem estacionamento próprio, mas oferece estacionamento a parte com descontos na diária, em um local há duas quadras do hotel. E você que necessita ir levar e retirar o carro.

Tive uma ótima estadia, o quarto era como nas fotos, bem espaçoso, confortável e muito limpo. O chuveiro era muito bom, a ducha aqueceu rápido, já no quarto a cama era macia e a mesa foi bem útil quando pedi lanche. O wifi funcionou bem, sem problemas. A localização fica mais ou menos uns 20 minutos do aeroporto e 5 minutos de carro da rodoviária. Os funcionários foram muito cordiais, tanto no checkin como no checkout, muito queridos mesmo. Aliás, no café da manhã também fui super bem tratada, sou celíaca e aparentemente não tinha opções sem glúten, mas quando perguntei a funcionaria ela trouxe pão e um bolo, e isso foi ótimo, eu perguntei sem pretensão já que geralmente não se tem mesmo, mas eles tinham. Só tenho a agradecer!

Muito bom, quase nada a pontuar negativamente .Única sugestão seria adicionar canal infantil na tv. Eu viajo com as crianças e isso decepcionou eles bastante e a opinião deles conta muito para mim. De resto, o quarto é enorme, os funcionários são ótimos, conforto nota 10 o banho é muito relaxante, tudo topo. da para dar uma festa dentro do banheiro, muito grande.
