Atendimento muito bom, quarto muito confortável para uma pessoa, só não darei 5 estrelas pois dentro do meu frigobar tinha uma fatia de queijo e embaixo dele e da cama uma pequena infestação de formigas.

Eu reservei um quarto com cama de casal e fiquei com cama de solteiro, a fronha do travesseiro estava toda manchada e o banheiro tinha pelo no box e um sabonete usado na saboneteira.

Ambiente sujo sem condição de uso, solicitei a troca das roupas de cama, pois estavam sujas com manchas de sangue e pelos intimos, nao fui atendida. Precisei sair e comprar roupas de cama para poder dormir. Devido ao valor baixo da hospedagem, nao esperávamos luxo, mas o minimo que é um ambiente limpo infelizmente ali não tem. Banheiro não consigo nem comentar.

A localização é próxima à rodoviária e não muito distante do Aeroporto, o que facilitou. Todavia, não é possível andar pela rendondeza dada a insegurança e precariedade da segurança da região central de Porto Alegre. Ainda assim, se se locomover de carro, táxi ou aplicativo, estará em bom lugar.
