Local muito antigo, o banheiro bem ruim.
Chuveiro com os fios soltos… cortinas sujas… cheio não estava nada agradável!

Foi muito bom. O local é antigo, o que chama atenção do turista. Fica perto de vários locais, inclusive do gasômetro, que da para ir a pé. Não tem tantas opções de restaurante por perto. Café da manhã pode melhorar. Funcionários são prestativos demais. Bem equivalente ao preço e sinceramente eu gostei, pq meu turismo é o mais simples e melhor, coisa que essa pousada oferece bem.

Foi feita uma reserva de quarto de casal, mas fiquei num quarto com duas camas de solteiro. O frigobar é vazio, e o banheiro não tem xampú nem condicionador, apenas sabonete.

O Hotel é barato e tem suas conveniencias como localizaçao, cafe da manha simples e incluso na diaria. O chuveiro nao esquentava mas arrumaram, a internet nao funcionou. Funcionarios prestativos.

Ao chegar a noite, atendente sem roupa e postura adequadas.
Quarto diferente do escolhido visualmente, aparentemente organizado, porém mau cheiro de cigarro por todo ambiente.
Roupas de cama sem cheiro de limpeza...
Paredes com marcas e riscos de sujeira, lascadas, sem pintura. Banheiro com marcas de mofo e marco de porta com cupim.
Infelizmente não foi como esperado.
Falta um pouco de capricho, e limpeza melhor.

Muito bom atendimento, quarto limpo e arejado. Recomendo o Hotel Ficare Poa. Valores acessíveis e um ótimo serviço.
A única sugestão a fazer é a colocação de barras para pessoas de mobilidade reduzida no banheiro dos quartos. Mas o restante do hotel é adaptado a pessoas cadeirantes como eu ou que usem apoios ou muletas como a minha esposa. Agradecemos a hospitalidade dos colaboradores do Ficare Poa!
